This a legal Document “Armstrong vs. Grondolsky” who is the Warden at Fort Dix prison Camp where Marty is being held. Because of all the Press from “The New Yorker” article and because many new members of the Press are trying to see and talk to him, the Feds want to move him to MDC Brooklyn, which is one of the worst places for any Prisoner. He will be prevented from writing and any contact with the press in his LAST year of imprisonment–because of his “2″ Open Habeas and Rule 36, they ARE NOT allowed to move him. It is a Holiday weekend, so they are planning to move him at a time when they feel he will have no ability to stop them. We are doing whatever we can to stop them! Please notify any members of the Press and fill them in. Thanks!
